Security checks include a detailed walkthrough of your property to identify issues before they escalate. We test AC and plumbing, check for leaks, confirm doors and windows are secure, monitor for pests or damage, and deliver a clear report after each visit. When unexpected situations arise, those same visits can be applied toward trusted in-person response—whether for a lockout, water leak, or you just need help inside the unit.

Meet the Owner
Louisiana native and LSU alum James Hayes didn’t set out to start a property management company— until he discovered the services he needed simply weren’t available. After purchasing a unit in the French Quarter, James quickly realized that his HOA’s management left gaps in coverage — and that none of the market options offered solutions for the kind of active property care he needed. With seven years of HOA management under his belt in Summit County, Colorado—where he oversaw 50 units across three associations—James knows firsthand the value of having reliable boots on the ground. Today, he brings that same standard home to New Orleans. Backed by a trusted network of local contractors and service providers, James started FQ Precision Management to bring proactive and affordable residential management service to the French Quarter. His focus is on moving quickly and solving problems the right way.
