We inspect for leaks, test AC and plumbing functionality, check door and window security, monitor for pests or damage, and provide a full report after each visit.
For unexpected issues, our In-Person Response Service ensures that someone you trust is available to respond directly. Your subscription includes up to two standard visits per month and a flat rate of $30/hour for additional service requests. Whether it's a triggered alarm, a burst pipe, or an unusual smell reported by a neighbor—we’ll be there to assess the situation and coordinate a solution.
To support these services—and empower anyone (including contractors, guests, or future managers) to handle the unit effectively—we offer the Precision Playbook, a one-time purchase. This customized guide compiles all essential information about your property: appliance instructions, shutoff valve locations, utility contacts, emergency procedures, and more. It’s designed to make troubleshooting easy and ownership stress-free.

Louisiana native and LSU alum James Hayes didn’t set out to start a property management company—until he saw that the services he needed simply weren’t available. After purchasing a unit in the French Quarter, James quickly realized that his HOA’s management was falling short, and none of the options on the market offered the level of attention and responsiveness that historic New Orleans properties demand. With seven years of HOA management under his belt in Summit County, Colorado—where he oversaw 50 units across three associations—James knows firsthand the value of having reliable boots on the ground. Today, he brings that same standard home to New Orleans. Backed by a trusted network of local contractors and service providers, James built FQ Precision Management to be what he couldn’t find: affordable, proactive, and rooted in personal accountability.
